New Restrictions for Colorado

Updated: Mar 25, 2020

As of March 22, 2020, the Denver Business Journal shared information that Governor Polis ordered an in-person workforce reduction of 50%. Critical businesses are exempt from the order, such as health care, manufacturing, agriculture and public services (trash collection and mail delivery) to name a few. According to the article, practicing social distancing, staggered work schedules and reducing exposure to the public all need to be considered.

Businesses should conduct essential position reviews. Developing strategies that continue to move the business forward while maintaining compliance, and most importantly, keeping employees and the community safe.
