HRx is a boutique human resources company, built with intention and thoughtful consideration to how we can help provide proactive solutions that benefit our community and the HR professionals working hard to support their organization's needs. Human Resources is built around two main focus areas: working to mitigate risk and developing the culture within a company. Our goal at HRx has been and continues to be serving those working in the HR position and helping them be successful in those efforts.
To our delight, our company continues to build relationships with many different companies, organizations, and HR professionals in our community, and we are growing! Please allow us to introduce our newest HRx team member, Jason Sellers.
Jason Sellers
Position: People and Business Sr. Associate
What Jason does: Works both with clients and our support team to help execute on our clients' strategies.
Why this is awesome: Jason can work as a flexible position, either working with clients to support what they need or jumping into the support needs and assist with executing deliverables.
Some great things about Jason: Jason comes from a highly successful career in the military with 16 years of previous military experience. Jason found a passion for HR and recently graduated with a degree in it from Colorado State University. He has served on student teams, and was awarded the title top HR graduate! Jason has recently passed his SHRM-CP. We can't wait to see what he brings to the table!
We also want to take a moment to highlight our other team members who have been working with HRx to become the responsive company that we are. Crystine Hodges
Position: People and Business Partner
What Crystine does: Works with our clients to provide onsite and HR strategic support.
Why this is awesome: Crystine works alongside our HR partners and those working in the HR position for organizations as an extension of their team. She is that "other" perspective most "HR Departments of One" find so helpful when working through exciting and challenging people and business dynamics.
Some great things about Crystine: Crystine has been in HR for over 18 years, has certification credentials as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and even teaches the HR certification course to other HR Pros looking to certify! AND, she does all of that while working on getting her PhD.
Nicole Hererra
Position: People and Business Associate
What Nicole does: Nicole helps our strategic partners working with our clients by providing support, materials, and her own expertise.
Why this is awesome: As a supportive team member to our Consultants, Nicole can provide best practices resources and develop the deliverables HR needs when they need it. No longer does it have to sit on the bottom of the HR priority list!
Some great things about Nicole: Nicole has a vast amount of experience in Talent Acquisition and has helped our clients bring in the talent they need! She has a passion for the profession and a keen sense of detail and processes. All things we love in HR!
